A. If you have placed your order online and decide that you do not wish to proceed with the delivery of your kit, Your Clear Kit will refund you fully within 5 business days ONLY if your kit has not been sent to production or shipped from our warehouses.
B. If your order has been made by our production team but not shipped, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs for our team to make your kit, administration, credit card fees, and packing for shipping of the order. We will refund your order transaction less $20.
C. If your order has already left our premises and is on-board for delivery, we will NOT be able to cancel your Clear Kit delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Your Clear Kit guarantees our products are of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a kit that has been damaged, is faulty, or the item is incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 business days at email@example.com and we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent out immediately.
If a customer has received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we allow the choice of a refund or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping Damage Refund Policy
Your Clear Kit takes the utmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered.
In the rare situation a kit has been damaged in transit Your Clear Kit will gladly replace the product in a prompt manner at no extra cost to the purchaser.
*All refunds processed by Your Clear Kit will be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order.
